Returns

We currently do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at luckyorchidshop@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Note: Stickers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. If you need a different size, color, or product, please contact us at luckyorchidshop@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
